The Axie Infinity story is fascinating. I wasn't sure from reading it though what using the blockchain really adds to the gaming experience, other than lots of extra steps at the start which make it harder for new people to join? Creating, trading, battling - those are all features that exist in other online games that are 100% blockchain free.
